Easter is upon up...after all, April 16th will be here before we know it. I can't help but think about Easter because everywhere I turn, I see Easter decorations, Easter baskets, and Easter candy on the shelves.
I always look forward to celebrating Easter Sunday...we will go to church and most likely lunch and we will also enjoy all of the fun that the Easter bunny brings!
Easter Sunday is also a time to wear our Sunday best and this gorgeous floral lace dress is perfect for the occasion! I had not heard of VICI until recently but I'm soooo glad that I know of them now...they will be one of my go to destinations when looking for beautiful pieces that you won't find in every department store or on every online boutique.
The ice blue Illy dress is such a fun flirty number with beautiful detailing...how fantastic is the neckline?! It's so light and airy...the perfect summertime dress. For a size reference, I'm wearing a size small and this beauty is only $54!!!
And stop the press...the Hillsdale floral wrap maxi dress is a complete show stopper, jaw dropper! The print is bold yet super feminine and the wrap style is figure flattering. Obviously, there is a bit of peek-a-boo taking place but it is elegantly done. This dress offers the perfect balance of elegance and sexiness. I'm also wearing a size small in this dress.

It's wedding season...the bells are ringing and the birds are singing! When I think of weddings, I think back to a time in our lives where my Hubby and I had what seemed to be a wedding to attend every weekend. It was such a fun time in our lives and we enjoyed not only being in many weddings but attending many as well. Being a part of someone's wedding day is so special and we love looking back at the weddings we have been a part of.
Although wedding season for us has passed (we've been in baby season for some time now) we still have friends who will be tying the knot in the near future and we are already looking forward to celebrating with them.
I know many of you may be going through "wedding season" right now and trying to determine what to wear to every wedding that you are attending can be tough. After all, you will probably be seeing many of the same people so you can't wear the same dress/outfit. I'm sure, if you are like me, finding a wedding appropriate dress that is super affordable is just as important.
This gorgeous mesh lace dress is wedding day perfect and at under $60 you just can't go wrong. If not for the wedding, wear it to the rehearsal dinner or even the bridal showers leading up to the wedding. It is super classy, yet sexy, and in my opinion it will stand out from the rest.
Sharing a few tips with you for this dress...I sized up to a large in this one and it fits perfectly. Read the size chart before deciding which size to get. You can always alter something to make it smaller if necessary but you cannot easily do the opposite. Because of the mesh paneling, I am wearing a nude strapless bra and a pair of Spanx. You can certainly wear a regular nude bra but you will see the straps...my vote, go strapless.
I've paired this dress with some nude heels and an AMAZING pair of statement earrings, which are on sale for $25 btw, and a nude bag. Now, for an actual wedding look, I recommend carrying a small clutch instead.

Have you ever worn a white dress that makes you feel like you should be saying your "I do's" again or maybe for the first time?! This Molly Bracken "Robe" dress had me feeling like I should plan a barn or garden wedding renewal for our 10 year wedding anniversary next year. It is just so beautiful...the feminine silhouette and the very sweet floral lace overlay gives this dress such a romantic feel.
Pairing black accessories/booties with this dress is a little less expected but I wanted to show you all that this dress can be worn much more "dressed down" if you will. Throw on a black leather jacket to toughen it up even more!
