Happy Happy Friday FRIENDS!  Today's look is all about this eyelet off the shoulder top, which totally has me dreaming of being on an island somewhere (and not on the sidewalk in front of my house, haha!).  I came across this top in a recent issue of People StyleWatch magazine and it was love at first sight.  Off the shoulder tops are on trend right now and I just love the gorgeous feminine eyelet ruffle style of this top.  I have a nude bandeau style bra underneath which provides plenty of coverage.  This top pairs perfectly with wide legged trousers or with distressed jeans/shorts!

Hi everyone!  Today I'm excited to be teaming up with Blogger, Lauren of the blog Style Me Lauren, to show you how we styled our Spring floral rompers!  We were on a mission to find the perfect floral romper and I love that we picked very similar styles.  Bold floral prints, vibrant colors, flowy fabrics, v-necklines, and a cinched tie waists.  Both Lauren and I have paired our floral romper with a nude heel, which is perfect for giving the elusion of longer legs (Lord knows I can use the help)!  We've also kept our accessories simple…after all, the bold colorful prints are enough to truly standout on their own!

Speaking of accessories, I have fallen in love with handmade pieces and Julie Ellyn Designs has definitely claimed a piece of my heart.  Her pieces are feminine, dainty, and simply beautiful.  I'm wearing her gorgeous "Scarlett" earrings, which are so perfect for everyday wear (dress them up or dress them down).  AND, such a fun fact…some of her pieces have been featured on "The Vampire Diaries"!

Hi everyone!  Hope you all had a great weekend!  The last two days have been jam packed with our son's first flag football game, which he LOVED, a soccer game, two birthday parties, half marathon training, dinner out as a family, cookout with friends, etc.  We had so much fun but I could definitely use another day to recoup from the weekend!

Today's look is all about this black jumpsuit, denim vest, & backpack!  I was on the hunt for the perfect black jumpsuit (let's be honest, at 5'4'', jumpsuits aren't always easy to wear) and I got lucky when I found this one.  It is more of a structured fit made out of a thicker fabric (no spandex here) so it lays on my body nicely and doesn't show all of the humps and bumps.  What I love most about this jumpsuit is that it can be dressed up or dressed down as I have done for today's post (stay tuned for 2 more looks in this jumpsuit)!  

For a casual day look I have thrown on a denim vest, sandals, and a backpack.  For those much warmer days, a denim vest will give you the look of a denim jacket but will obviously be much cooler.  And a backpack is the perfect chic accessory to replace your purse when you are out in an environment where having your "hands free" is helpful (think anything with your children (if you have them) and when SHOPPING)!

Raise your hand if you are as happy as I am to be half way through this work week!!!  We are almost past the hump!  Today's look is all about a little print play with stripes and floral.  I love the subtle floral print and silk finish of these Rock & Bow jeggings…they are super comfortable, lightweight, and perfect for dressing up or down.  I've paired them with a striped peplum top and some floral accessories for a casual Spring day look!

Hi everyone!  I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend.  We have more plastic eggs and candy than we know what to do with!  Today's post highlights 3 AMAZING companies whose products are made with lots & lots of TLC.  I'm going to share a little bit about each but I highly encourage you to go to their websites to learn more about these incredible companies…you won't be dissapointed!

Gryphon Laine

Oh Grypon Laine…how I adore thee!  Gryphon Laine is a line of handcrafted artisan jewelry made in Georgia.  The creator of these gorgeous pieces developed her passion for handcrafting jewelry while in college.  What I love most about Grpphon Laine is that the Designer, Whitney, followed her passions all while being a Momma of two.  This is a Momma who knows how to juggle it all!  Talk about inspirational!  Not to mention…her jewels are beautifully made and are all so unique!  You are sure to get lots of questions about where your gorgeous jewels came from!

Joyiia

I've recently been introduced to Joyiia and I am now a HUGE fan!  Their jewels are beautiful, unique, perfect for layering, and have such special meaning.  My gold wishbone necklace has become one of my absolute favorite go-to pieces.  I wear it layered and as a stand alone too!  Joyiia is made with lots of love and they pay it forward by donating a percentage of their proceeds to a charity called Safe Passage, which strives to give hope to women & children through education.  Joyiia has brought much "joy" to my life and to the lives of many others!  I know you will love them as much as I do…watch out because you will want 1 of everything!
