Patricia Nash "Strap Happy" Collection at Macy's

What is it about a gorgeous leather crossbody bag (with STUDS) that immediately stirs my soul awaking my inner "Rock Chic"?!  Maybe it is the free-spirited, easy to wear, edgy, artistic, antique inspired look of this killer Vitellia Flap Crossbody bag by Patricia Nash, which is available at Macy's.

Or maybe it's the fact that Patricia Nash's "Strap Happy" interchangeable guitar strap collection is "inspired by iconic guitar straps favored by Nashville celebrity musicians".  Being that I live in Nashville and am constantly surrounded by amazing music, this collection just sings to me.

The "Strap Happy" collection allows you to change out your straps to elevate your look.  Instead of changing out your bag, simply change your strap to achieve a different, new look.  You can mix and match her interchangeable straps with both her crossbody and tote bags.  I absolutely LOVE her "Studded Bella Vista Strap", which is currently on sale!  Again, the studs add more edginess to this look!  

This is my first Patricia Nash handbag but I must say that I now have my eye on some of her other designs.  I LOVE this Bolsena Tote and this Crossbody Organizer.  And how STUNNING is this Pisticci Shoulder Bag?!

A Date with Macy's

I'm stepping out on a date with Macy's for their Semi-Annual Diamond Sale, which runs from 3/27/16 until 4/12/16!

For today's post, I was able to put together some looks which also features some gorgeous pieces from Marchesa, EFFY, Le Vain, and X3!

I must admit, it was rather dreamy picking fine jewelry pieces that I love and would enjoy wearing.  These are just a few of the gorgeous pieces that are currently on sale right now.  If you are in the market for fine jewelry, now is definitely the time to shop Macy's semi-annual diamond sale.  I've already given my Hubby some hints...Mother's Day is coming up and we also celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary a little later this year (never too early to plan ahead ;-)).

First look...CLASSIC WITH AN EDGE...

There is nothing more classic right now than a great pair of distressed denim, a moto jacket, a basic white top (especially peplum tops, which are trending right now), animal print shoes & clutch, as well as gorgeous gold pieces to complete your look.  I've accessorized this look with several pieces from Macy's semi-annual diamond sale but my absolute two favorite pieces are this gorgeous MARCHESA diamond star ring and these stand out EFFY diamond round stud earrings!

Up next...DATE NIGHT...

Tie neck dresses are also trending right now and I love the subtle star print of this gorgeous tie neck dress!  Pair it with a great pair of black lace up heels and a gorgeous clutch and you are ready for a date night out on the town.  The pieces that I picked for this look are all from LE VIAN.  I'm obsessed with these gorgeous Neo Geo earrings and this diamond bangle (which would make a beautiful addition to your arm stack).  I also love the tones and crisscross design of this stunning LE VIAN ring.

Last look...SPECIAL OCCASION...

We all have special occasion events that we attend and it is always a smart idea to have a beautiful dress in your closet like this gorgeous navy lace dress.  Something that you love and that you know will work for so many different special occasion events.  You should also have a great pair of nude heels and a go to special occasion clutch in your closet as well.  For this look, I have picked a couple of classic timeless pieces from X3.  This X3 diamond ring is so dainty and beautiful and the diamond earrings are so classic and timeless.  I encourage every woman to have a pair of diamond earrings in their jewelry box...they aren't just for special occasion.  If you are a minimalist when it comes to jewelry, you will find that diamond earrings will be you go to pair...dressed up or dressed down.
